I don’t actually know the name of these biscuits, but I do know they’re one of my favourites. Ginger cakey biscuits covered in an icing sugar glaze – plain & chocolate offered here, at the Great Market Hall (9th district, Budapest, Hungary). I think I had to buy half a kilo of them! ‘Hezes Puszdeli’ if anyone knows the English translation…
