Lucy in the Larder

Croatian ‘schnitty’… I can’t tell you the name of this traditional Dalmatian dish, only where it was prepared, in Samorbski(?), the cook tells me. Essentially it’s a juicy pork schnitzel in a lovely tomato/capsicum/celery sauce, served with baked potatoes, white capsicum & onions and salad – Lunch on board ‘Aphrodita’ (Sailing the Dalmatian coast, Croatia).
