My unsuccessful attempt at Jamie Oliver’s Summer fruit, Elderflower and Prosecco jelly. Now, my eyes are on Nigella Lawson’s Rhubarb and Muscat jelly and I’m on the hunt for a great silicone jelly mould!

Greek Easter treats; Koulouri; Kourabieda; Baklava; Coconut pistachio burfi and Jam roll (not its official name, something Vicky’s mum created).
’Strapsada’ Greek scrambled eggs folded with tomato, red pepper, oregano, sheep’s milk feta, sautéed spinach and served with Dench’s multigrain sourdough toast – Breakfast at GAS Eatery (253 Coventry Street, South Melbourne).
Salad of seared Kingfish, quinoa, pomegranate, cherry tomatoes; Steak sandwich; Hazelnut meringue muffin – Lunch at St Ali (12/18 Yarra Place, South Melbourne).
Pre-dinner bubbles at The George (139 Cecil Street, South Melbourne).
Bacon and egg roll with aioli, rocket and spicy tomato relish – Breakfast on the run from Firefly (24-28 Burns Bay Road, Lane Cove).
Pan fried mushrooms with garlic and thyme, baby spinach and homemade dukkah served on organic multigrain toast. Immunity boost juice (Orange, pineapple, lemon and cinnamon) – Breakfast at About Life café (31-37 Oxford Street, Bondi Junction).
‘Capricciosa’ (Ham, mushroom, olives, mozzarella, basil & olive oil); ‘Gamberi’ (Prawns, asparagus, tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, black olives & chili oil); ‘Caponata’ (Eggplant, capsicum, zucchini, mozzarella, tomato sauce, basil & extra virgin olive oil); ‘Speck’ (Taleggio cheese, speck, shaved parmesan, mozzarella & truffle oil); ‘Nostrana’ (Sauteed broccoli, Italian sausage, buffalo mozzarella & shaved parmesan) – Pizza with the girls at Enopizzeria (5/21 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay).
